It should be noted that if you require a replacement or refund for a Stitch Files Embroidered Product or to obtain a refund of the stitch file image conversion fee, you must contact customer support within 10 days of receiving your embroidered product(s) and you must return the product to Zazzle.

If you have a pickleball shirt that is damaged or defective – (very rare as it is) then we make it as easy as possible for you whereby you can simply send a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support team. In many cases, action (in the form of replacement, refund or account credit) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by you.

Obviously if the damaged or defective Pickleball Shirt cannot be verified via email or phone it will need to be returned to Zazzle for inspection in order for a determination to be made – which really is as fair as any transaction can get.

If your shirt is by slim chance damaged or defective as confirmed by a Zazzle representative then they will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

NOTE: - For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

It should also be noted in total fairness and good faith that under no circumstance does Zazzle reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by you the customer. If a product is by slim chance damaged or defective, then you, as would be reasonably expected must make arrangements with Zazzle support as to how the return should be handled prior to returning the items and incurring any cost.

Returning an item is easy and pretty straight forward

·         Your request to return an item must be made to Customer Support within 30 days of receiving your purchase and 10 days if a Stitch File as per above.

·         The reason for the return request is specific

·         Indicate your preference for replacement be that an exchange for an identical product or you would prefer an alternate style, size or color, or you would like an account credit or a refund.

·         Once the topic is selected, you will be asked to select the product that you want to return.

·         You are asked to provide digital images of damaged or defective products via their convenient, easy to use ‘Upload File button’ to proactively speed the process as much as possible for you.

What else is important to know when purchasing a pickleball shirt?

If a refund is required it will take between 7-21 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase which can be the normal processing speed of the bank that issued the funds.

An account credit however usually takes 24-48 hours to appear in your Zazzle account and can then be immediately used for other purchases.
